- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas (approx. 3)
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. walnuts (chopped)

- 3 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
