Bread Stuffing

Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly until blended
- 8 cups toasted bread crumbs
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
- 2/3 cup sliced drained mushrooms
- 2/3 cup chicken broth or cold water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- Dash of pepper
Applesauce

Put all ingredients into a large pot
- 3-4 lbs of peeled, cored and quartered apples. (granny smith, fuji, gala). Make sure to use good cooking apples.
- 4 strips of lemon peel - use a vegetable peeler to strip the lengths.
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 inches of cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 5 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 7 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp bottled lemon juice

Crispy Honey Garlic Pork Chops

- 1 pkg (4 serving size) jello chocolate instant pudding
- 1 1/2 pkg of cream cheese
- 1/2 cups softened butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups icing sugar
- 2 cups frozen cool whip (do not thaw)
- 4 oz bakers premium cacao dark chocolate
Dill Pickles

Heat jars and lids Combine vinegar, water and salt and bring to a boil Place 1-2 head of dill and garlic in each

- 7 cups vinegar
- 7 cups water
- 7 Tbsp pickling salt
- 14 head of fresh dill
- 14 garlic cloves
- This will make 7-8 quarts

- 1 medium spanish onion chopped
- 2 stalks of celery with leaves, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp flour
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 3/4 cup cooked and diced chicken
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
