Lemon Pasta Envelopes with Cream Cheese Filling

DIRECTIONS FOR PASTA: Place the dry pasta ingredients and lemon zest in a food processor
- For Pasta:
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- Grated zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 egg, beaten
- For Filling:
- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 6 1/2 oz cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1 beaten egg, for sealing
- Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
- Confectioners' sugar
- Fresh berries of your choice
- *Wonton or eggroll wrappers may be substituted for pasta pockets.
CREAMY CHEESE PIE (easy 5 ingredients)

- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ready made graham crust
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese White Chocolate Icing

A very moist, dense carrot cake that I made into a wedding cake for dear friends
- CAKE Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Wilton Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg, cloves, allspice and salt
- 4 cups (approx. 1 lb.) grated carrots
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 1 (12 oz.) package Wilton White Candy Melts or any white confectionery coating
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Luchen Kugle (noodle pudding)

My Grandmother made this for me all he tiime growing up
- 2 cup cooked noodles (whatever you have handy)
- 3 eggs - beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
CHICKEN MARINADE

This is a quick and easy marinade that makes tender juicy chicken every time
- 1 BEATEN EGG
- 1/4 CUP OIL
- 1 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP. SALT
- 1 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP. POULTRY SEASONING
MOLASSES COOKIES

Slightly crisp on the outside from being rolled in suger but moist and chewy on the inside
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 cup) MARGARINE - melted
- 14 oz. (2 cup) SUGAR
- 5 1/2 oz. (1/2 cup) MOLASSES
- 2 EGGS
- 4 tsp. BAKING SODA
- 20 oz. (4 cup) FLOUR
- 2 tsp. CINNAMON
- 1 tsp. CLOVES
- 1 tsp. GINGER
- 1 tsp. SALT
- EXTRA SUGAR TO ROLL DOUGH IN
Pumpkin-Swirl Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for pan
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups solid-pack pumpkin
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or other nuts

- 1 1/4 C. MILK
- 1/2 TSP. SALT
- 2 TBSP OIL

ORIGINAL Smitty's Sauce

A hot, sweet, tangy dipping sauce for most everything edible
- 2 1/1 Tbsp. KETCHUP
- 8 Tbsp. MUSTARD
- 2 1/2 Cups BROWN SUGAR
- 1 1/2 Cups WARM WATER
- 1/2 Cup WHITE VINEGAR
- 6-8 Tbsp. FRANK'S HOT SAUCE
- 1/2 Cup CRUSHED RED PEPPER
- 1 ORANGE - squeezed and pulp crushed
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream together sugars, shortening and butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups shortening
- 2 cups butter
- 8 eggs
- 6 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tarter
- 8-9 cups of flour
- 2-3 bags of toll house chocolate chips
- 2-3 cups nuts of choice (optional)
