Molten Chocolate Cake

Butter and sugar 4 (4oz) ramekins or brioche molds
- 4 oz. dark chocolate (Callebaut or Valrhona), chopped
- 1/2 cup/ 1 stick/ 4 oz. butter
- 2 yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cream, whipped cream, raspberry coulis etc. for garnish
Vegetarian Steamed Dumplings

- 1/2 pound firm tofu
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded Napa cabbage
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red pepper

- 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Bowl of water, plus additional water for steamer
- 35 to 40 small wonton wrappers
- Non-stick vegetable spray, for the steamer

Ma B's Almost Homemade Chili

Put peppers and onions into hot olive oil that's been salted & peppered
- 1 lb Ground Beef (Not Sirloin) 80% Lean
- 2 Red, 2 Green and 2 Yellow Peppers-Chopped
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion-Chopped
- 1 Small Can Hunt Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Kidney Beans
- 1 Box Tempo Chili Mix
Gooey Butter Cookies

Stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt
- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 vanilla bean, scraped (optional (Tim thinks it is optional, but important))
- 3 cups sugar
