- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 leeks, washed and sliced
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried tarragon
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
- Flour, for dusting surface
- 1 egg plus 2 teaspoons water, for egg wash
- 1 (3-pound) salmon fillet, skin removed
- Dijon Whipped Cream, recipe follows
Lasagne

Brown meat slowly - Spoon off fat
- Sauce:
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbls Basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 - 1lb Can Tomatoes
- 2 - 6 oz Cans Tomatoe Paste
- 1 C. Water
- Cheese Mixture:
- 1/2 C. Parmesean Cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbls Parsley
- 3 C. Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Lb Mozzarella - Grated

- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Caramel Popcorn

- 1/2 C White Corn Syrup
- Pinch Cream of Tarter
- 1 Scant Tsp baking soda
