Party Cheese Wreath

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
- 2-8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1-8 oz mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tbs red pepper; finely chopped
- 1 Tbs green onion; finely chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 fresh parsley for garnish
Barbeque Meatloaf

This is a modification of Paula Deen's basic barbeque meatloaf recipe, on the Food Network web site
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup Panko
- 1 onion, diced (optional)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water, to thin sauce if necessary
