- 2 lbs Roma tomatoes; chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro (fresh); minced
- 7 oz tomatillos
- 15 oz roasted red peppers; chopped
- 1 Tbs garlic; minced
- 2 avocados; chopped
- 1 medium onion; chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tbs Chipotle sauce
Caesar Salad Pasta

Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside
