Napoleon Trifle

Unfold puff pastry and place each sheet on a baking sheet
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry; thawed
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 12 oz container whipped topping; thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Zabaglione

If using a zabaglione pan, place it over a saucepan filled about 1/3 with simmering water
- 8 large egg yolks at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dry Marsala wine
Grilled Hoisin Marinated Pork

- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar

- 3/4 cup orange juice

- 1 cup tomato juice

- 1 clove garlic; crushed
