Maple Apple Oatmeal Muffins

- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
- 2 cups (500 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (500 ml) finely diced apples (unpeeled or peeled)
Zucchini Muffins Recipe

Stir into flour mixture until batter is just combined
- Into a large bowl mix:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Stir in:
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 apple peeled, cored and grated
- In another bowl, beat:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
Spinach dip

Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan & Romano on medium until softened & well mixed
- 1 tbsp grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1/2 pkg frozen spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- cayenne pepper

Cream butter and sugar together
- 1 cup butter softened (not margarine)
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
Bread sticks

Put first 6 ingredients in your bread pan in the order recommended by the manufactuerer
- Topping:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 slightly beaten egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tablespoons of dry Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1/4 cup of olive oil

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or half AP, half whole wheat)
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats, apple-cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons applesauce
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar

- SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs

Preparation: Combine flour and sugar
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Herb Roasted Potatoes

1 Chop potatoes into half moons (slice potato in half longways, then into pieces)
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
