Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Get all the great taste of a cheeseburger magically baked in a pie
- 1 # lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4oz)
- 1/2 cup original Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Cornbread

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 3 Tbsl stick margarine, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can no-salt-added whole kernel corn, undrained.
- 1 (14 3/4oz.) pkg corn muffin mix

- 1 Pint minced clams
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- 1/2 cup fresly squeezed pineapple juice
- 3 large shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
