    med tomatoes, cut in half

  • Ground black pepper

  • 1/4

    cup garlic and herb bread crumbs.

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2

    T butter, melted

  • 1

    t bottled crushed garlic

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil. 2) Place tomato halves, cut sides up, on prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. 3) In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, butter, and garlic. Spoon over tomatoes. 4) Roast tomatoes in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until bread crumbs mixture is golden brown.
