Penne with Almond Sauce

1. A big pot of water comes to a boil - salt the water and add the salt and penne
- 1 lb Penne
- 2 c silvered almonds
- 2 c chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chicken breasts fully cooked - diced
- 3/4 c heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon Zest
- 1/2 c peas
- some basil
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
Mustard Glaze

Eggplant and Cherry Tomato Pasta

1. In boiling add a generous amount of salt and then add your pasta

- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb pasta of choice

Beef Ghuda Bruger

Combine
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb smoky ghouda
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 bottle of beer
- Little bit of parsley
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp grill seasoning
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
Rosemary Gravy

- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 1/2 c chicken stock
- 2 steams of rosemary
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
White Chocolate Butter Cream

1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter
- 2 c butter
- 12 oz white chocolate
- 3 c icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Anna Olson's Buttermilk Fried Chicken

**For the Marinade** 1. For marinade, whisk buttermilk, mustard, salt and peppers

- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 tbsp fine salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 3-1/2 lb (1.75 kg) fryer chickens, cut into equal pieces

- 6 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 cups peanut or canola oil for frying
Homemade Pasta Dough (ravioli)

- Enough water to make a smooth dough (if needed)
- Anything you want -- 3 cheese, mushroom, beef and cheese plenty you can do for a ravioli filling. Or simply cut evenly lengthwise for lasagne spaghetti
