Asian Salad with Vietnamese Pork

- 1 (12 oz) pork tenderloin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 6 c shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 1/4 c thinly sliced scallions
- 3/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 c lightly salted chopped peanuts
Easy Chicken Cacciatore

* In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour and Italian seasoning
- 3 * 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 6 * 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 2 * 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 * 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 2 * 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 * 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 * 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
Broccoli Delight Salad

* In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins and onion
- 5 * 5 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 * 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 * 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 * 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10 * 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 * 1 cup sunflower kernels
Maple Salad Dressing

* In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well
- 7 * 7 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 * 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 * 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Spicy Tex-Mex Salad Dressing

Mix ingredients, and chill until serving
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon lime rind, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili seasoning
Italian Dressing

1Mix all ingredients and let stand at least one hour in refrigerator (better if overnight)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/3 cup mazola corn oil (best if you use this oil)
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, quartered
Raisin Cheese Slaw

* In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, lemon juice, sugar, salt, mustard and onion powder
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 * 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 * 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder or dried minced onion
- 2 * 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 * 1 cup finely shredded carrot
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup raisins
Sweet Salad Dressing

1Mix all ingredients and allow to set for a few minutes so sugar can dissolve
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
