GRILLED SEA BASS

Preheat grill for high heat
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- lemon pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
- 2 pounds sea bass
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
- 1-1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
SKILLET BARBECUE PORK CHOPS

1. FOR THE PORK CHOPS: Dissolve salt in 2 quarts water in large bowl or container
- Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup table salt
- 4 bone-in pork rib chops , 3/4 to 1 inch thick (8 to 10 ounces each), trimmed of excess fat, sides slit according to illustration below (see note above)
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- Spice Rub
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons light molasses
- 2 tablespoons grated onion (see note above)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
HOT AND SOUR SOUP

1. Marinate shredded pork with 1 tsp
- SEASONING:
- 4 oz. lean pork, shredded
- 1/4 cup tofu (bean curd) shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 chinese dried mushrooms, soaked and shredded
- 2 tbsp carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsps ham, cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsps bamboo shoots, shredded
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsps vinegar
- dash pepper
- drops sesame seed oil
- drops chili sauce or tabasco
- 3 tbsps tapioca starch diluted in 1/3 cup water
SHRIMP SCAMPI (RED LOBSTER)

1 Heat cast iron skillet and add olive oil
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon pure olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped...
- 1 1/2 cups white wine, I use chardonnay
- 1/2 fresh lemon, Juice only
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
SALISBURY STEAK (AWESOME)

In a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper
- 1 can Campbell French Onion Soup
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1- 3 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 cup water
FLOUR TORTILLAS SLICES

Spread mozarella cheese on flour tortillas
- Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1 small jar of thick salsa sauce
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- Grated Mozarella Cheese
SLOPPY JOES

Brown beef with onion, red pepper, celery, celery salt and ground pepper
- Lb. of ground beef
- Red Pepper small chopped
- 3 sticks celery chopped
- Medium chopped onion
- 1 can of Vegetable Soup
- Celery Salt
- Black Pepper
- Oregano
- Worchestershire Sauce
- Prepared Mustard
- Tomato Sauce (16 oz)
OLD SOUTH COCA-COLA PORK LOIN

Combine all the ingredients except for the meat, to form a marinade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon thyme, crushed
- 5 pounds pork loin roast, boned
MAKE AHEAD SOFT YEAST ROLLS

ADD CORNMEAL BEFORE BAKING ON TOP AND TASTE LIKE PANDESAL
- For the Rolls
- 1 cup whole milk (lower fat milk can be substituted)
- 1 package (0.25 oz or 2 1/2 tsp) active dry (not instant or rapid rise)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup (5 1/2 TBSP, 2.6oz, 73gr) unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 cups (17oz, 476gr) all-purpose flour
- For the Egg Wash
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP water
SEX IN THE PAN (2)

Garnish with chocolate shaving or grated chocolate to make it pretty
- BOTTOM LAYER:
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup flour or graham flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Mix together and press into 9x12 pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minute3s untl lightly brown. Cool completely (naturally)
- GUTS:
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 package cream cheese 850ml - medum size)
- 1 small container of cool whip or 1/2 large.
- Mix together, spread over bottom layer.
- NEXT: 1 4oz. package of chocolate instant pudding
- 1 4oz. package of vanilla instant pudding
- Mix with 2 cups of milk.
- Pour over guts and let sit to thicken.
- TOP:
- Use 1/2 large cool whip or 1 small one.
- Spread over pudding mixture.
