  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup (5 1/2 TBSP, 2.6oz, 73gr) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 cups (17oz, 476gr) all-purpose flour
  • For the Egg Wash
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBSP water

  • BOTTOM LAYER:
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup flour or graham flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Mix together and press into 9x12 pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minute3s untl lightly brown. Cool completely (naturally)
  • GUTS:
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese 850ml - medum size)
  • 1 small container of cool whip or 1/2 large.
  • Mix together, spread over bottom layer.
  • NEXT: 1 4oz. package of chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 4oz. package of vanilla instant pudding
  • Mix with 2 cups of milk.
  • Pour over guts and let sit to thicken.
  • TOP:
  • Use 1/2 large cool whip or 1 small one.
  • Spread over pudding mixture.
