CINNAMON PILLOWS

Spread the first crescent roll in a 9 x 13 pan
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 2 8oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick of butter, melted (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick of butter, melted (1/2 cup)
GRAPE SALAD

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla
- 4 lb. seedless grapes
- 1 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 8oz. (1 cup) sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- Chopped walnuts
ORIENTAL RAMEN COLE SLAW

1. Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces
- 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
BEST MEXICAN BEEF CASSEROLE

Brown beef and onions together for about 10 to 12 minutes, drain
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cam kernel corn, drained
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 pkg taco seasonings mix
- 8 to 12 corn tortillas
- 3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/3 cup Mexican blend or taco cheese shredded
- Sliced jalapeño peppers
VIETNAMESE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

In 3 quart pot, bring stock to boil medium heat
- 3 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon cardamon
- 1 70x bag miracle noodles (can buy it at Chinese counter, fresh noodles)
- 1/3 cup mushrooms
- 1 thinly sliced chili peppers with seals removed
- 1 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 bean sprouts
- 1 broccoli, thin sliced (can buy in the salad area "broccoli slaw")
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 chicken breast, slice crosswise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1/2 lime cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
TURTLE CAKE

Prepare cake mix as directed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups pecans
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (14 ounce) bags caramels
- 1 1/3 cups water ( or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1/3 cup oil ( or as called for by your cake mix)
- 3 eggs ( or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 (18 ounce) boxes German chocolate cake mix
YOGURT GARLIC DRESSING

Mix all together. Good for baked potato or as a dipping sauce
- 1-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (full fat)
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- Very small lemon, squeeze
CHICKEN LINGUINI

Saute the celery , garlic, red pepper and red onion in extra virgin olive oil
- 3 celery sticks (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 red pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 red onion (chopped)
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 10oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 10 oz water
- 10 oz parmesan cheese
- frozen peas
- white wine
- celery salt
- pepper
- Linguini noodles
HEAVEN CAKE

Bake the cake according to directions in 9x13 inch pan
- 1 package devil's food chocolate cake or german choc. cake mix
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel topping
- 1 8oz tub cool whip
- 4-5 snickers bar (my preference) you can use skor, heathbar, or mini reeses
CHICKEN CORDON BLUE PARMESAN DIJON SAUCE

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 chicken flavored, crushed bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
