  • Fajitas:
  • 1 (1-pound) flank steak
  • 1/2 pound skinned, boned chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 large Vidalia or other sweet onion, cut into 16 wedges
