Meyer Lemon-Honey Mustard

Whisk together all ingredients, in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 heaping tablespoon clover honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh Meyer lemon juice, from Meyer lemons, if possible
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Strawberry Coulis

Strawberries: Toss the strawberries with the sugar and orange juice
- Strawberry coulis:
- 1quart strawberries, topped and quartered
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Pancakes:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus a pinch for egg whites
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 heaping cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Meyer lemons, zested and juiced
- Butter, for cooking the pancakes
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Mushroom Thyme Pot Pies

Dough: Whisk flour and salt in a large bowl
- Dough
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 large egg, beaten to blend
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- Mushroom Gravy
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 pound button or crimini mushrooms, stems trimmed, quartered
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dried porcini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Assembly
- 1/2 fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 cup red pearl onions, peeled
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 sprigs thyme, plus leaves for serving

Quinoa-Pork Meatballs

In a medium saucepan of boiling water, cook the quinoa until tender, about 10 minutes
- 1/2 C white quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp kosher slat
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbl canola oil
- 2 marinara sauce
- 3 basil sprigs
Lemon Basil Sorbetto

In a small sauce pan, combine the sugar, water, basil sprigs, lemon zest and salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 4 sprigs fresh basil, plus 5 leaves, chopped
- Zest of 4 lemons, removed with a vegetable peeler, plus 2 cups lemon juice (from about 10 lemons)
- Pinch of kosher salt
Warm Turmeric Milk

Pour almond milk in a small saucepan and set over medium heat
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
- 3 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
Turkey and Mozzarella Panini

In small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 Tbl white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbl Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp snipped fresh dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 C olive oil, for brushing outside of bread
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices roasted turkey
- 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
Sweet Potato and Corn Chowder

In a stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat, melt the butter
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into a small dice
- 2 cups diced peeled sweet potato
