Broccoli Cole Slaw

Crush or break up Ramen noodles
- 2 bags (3 oz) Ramen Noodle Soup in Oriental
- 1/3 stick of butter
- 1/2 bag (3 1/2 oz) of slivered almonds
- 1 bag of broccoli cole slaw
- 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- dash of celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar (or less)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 pkg of Ramen Oriental seasoning packet
Baked Beans Recipe

Crockpot baked beans recipe: Drain and rinse the beans
- 1/2 lb pinto or white beans, soaked overnight in water
- 1 can “no salt added” tomato sauce (15oz)
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free soy sauce (45g)
- 1 3/4 cup water or vegetable broth (420g)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (30g)
- 2 tsp minced garlic (10g)
- 1 tbsp molasses (blackstrap or regular) (15g)
- 1/8 tsp pure stevia extract, or 4 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

1) In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup to 2 cups mini chocolate chips, or finely chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate

- 1 EACH, SMALL RED AND YELLOW BELL PEPPER, CORED, SEEDED AND CUT INTO 1/2-INCH SLICES (ABOUT 3 CUPS TOTAL)

- 4 STRIP OR SHELL STEAKS, TRIMMED OF MOST FAT, EACH ABOUT 6 OUNCES AND 3/4-INCH THICK
- 5 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 6 GARLIC CLOVES, PEELED
- 1 1/2 CUPS SLICED ASSORTED MUSHROOMS

- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Egg noodles for serving
- GRAVY INGREDIENTS
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
