Mix flour and salt; cut margarine in until mixtures begin to form a ball

Nutty Nougat Caramel Bites

1. For Cookie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)F (175°C)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped salted peanuts
- 1 (14-ounce) package soft caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Makes 15 dozen pieces
Cheese Rounds

Mix all ingredients together with hands
- 1/2 lbs. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- Dash red pepper (optional)
Cream Cheese Cresent Roll Bars

1. In a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan mold one of the 8 ounce crescent rolls to the bottom
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. crushed nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
General Tso’s

Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch with water
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (corn flour)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 +1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 +1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1 +1/2 cup hot chicken broth
- 1 tsp monosodium glutamate (optional)
- Meat:
- 3 lbs debunked dark chicken meat, cut into large chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cornstarch (corn flour)
- Vegetable oil for deep-frying
- 2 cups sliced green onions
- 16 small dried hot peppers
Kung Pao Shrimp

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Miniature Spinach Quiche

Cream together cheese, butter and cayenne
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- Dash cayenne
- 2 cups flour
- Custard mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Spinach filling
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
SHRIMP COCKTAIL SAUCE

Mix and chill thoroughly. Makes 1 cup sauce
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 4 drops Tabasco
- Dash of salt
Angel Lush Cake

- Prep: 15 minutes plus refrigerating. Makes 10 servings.
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) angel food cake
