Sausage-Salsa Dip or Cheese -Sausage dip

Brown sausage in frying pan
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 (10 oz.) jar salsa
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (for cheese & sausage dip)
Shrimp Spread

Soften cheese and margarine
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 lb. shrimp, boiled, cleaned, and finely chopped
Vegetable Dunker

Mix all together and chill
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tsp. onion juice or onion powder
- 1 tsp. horseradish
CHEESE BALL

Mix all ingredients together and roll in chopped nuts
- 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 3 t. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs

Flavorful appetizer meatballs, baked then kept warm in the slow cooker
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (16 ounces) cranberry sauce, jellied or
- Whole cranberry sauce
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Kelly’s Veggie Bites

Unroll crescent rolls. Place on ungreased 15x10x1 jellyroll pan
- 2 (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream plus 1/4 cup mayo
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 oz.) package ranch style dressing
- 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Mix everything except the Old Bay Seasoning and stir well
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish-from the dairy dept of grocery store
- 1.2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- !.2 cup Lemon juice
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Here is another dish that is easy to put together for a casual gathering of friends
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
- 2 cans water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 T. mayo
- 8 small green onions, finely chopped
- 1 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers, drained (optional)
Zippity-Do Dip

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well
- 1 (15-oz.) can refried beans
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
- Salt to taste
Very Addicting Chex Mix

1. Melt butter and add syrup and brown sugar
- 12 ounces Crispix cereal
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup Karo syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups pretzels
- 4 (1 2/3 ounce) bags M&M's
- 1 cup pecan halves
