Artichoke Surprise Dip

Drain and chop artichokes coarsely
- 1 lg. can artichoke hearts (16 ozs.)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce
Chocolate Surprise

Combine as described above
- First layer:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 stick of margarine
- Mix well together and press in a 9x13 dish. Cook at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Let set until completely cooled.
- Second layer:
- Mix together one 8-oz. package of cream cheese, 1 cup confectioner sugar and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread on top of first layer.
- Third layer:
- Beat one large package of instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups of milk together until thick. Spread on top of second layer.
- Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with nuts.
Grape Dessert

Wash and drain grapes. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup sugar and vanilla
- 4 cups seedless white grapes
- 4 cups seedless purple grapes
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Punch Bowl Cake

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package Yellow cake mix
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed Pineapple, drained
Chicago Dip

Cream together the cream cheese, milk, and sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 T. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. chipped beef, chopped fine
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Quick Apple Crisp

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 5 Granny Smith apples (about 6 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream or thawed, frozen whipped topping (optional)
Fresh Vegetable Pizzas

Place vegetables in a small bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 cup chopped raw vegetables
- (Broccoli, carrots, red onion, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 container garlic and herb cheese spread
- 5 whole-wheat flatbread
- 1/3 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Wonderful banana pudding

Layer the dish with wafers then banana slices
- 5-6 bananas, sliced
- 1 bag of vanilla wafers
- 1 tsp Watkins double strength vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 4 eggs separated ( save egg whites for topping)
- 3 cans pet milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Apple Cheddar Pizza With Toasted Pecans

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
- • 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
- • Vegetable oil cooking spray
- • 3 large apples, thinly sliced
- • 1 cup apple juice
- • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- • 2 Tbsp. honey
- • 1/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans
- • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
