  • 1 lg. can artichoke hearts (16 ozs.)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dash Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce

Combine as described above

  • First layer:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • Mix well together and press in a 9x13 dish. Cook at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Let set until completely cooled.
  • Second layer:
  • Mix together one 8-oz. package of cream cheese, 1 cup confectioner sugar and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread on top of first layer.
  • Third layer:
  • Beat one large package of instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups of milk together until thick. Spread on top of second layer.
  • Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with nuts.
