Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Here is another dish that is easy to put together for a casual gathering of friends. Or, make it and take it to share at your next party or club meeting . . . everyone will want the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
  • 2 cans water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 T. mayo
  • 8 small green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 c. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers, drained (optional)

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in greased 13x9 baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted French bread. ENJOY!!
