Chocolate Espresso Gelato

Whisk sugar, espresso powder and cocoa in large saucepan until combined
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp espresso powder
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz chopped semisweet chocolate
Cream Cheese Mints

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese and extract
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 6 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Flavored Extract
- ie: mint, coconut, vanilla
- desired food coloring
Special K Bars

Stir together the sugar and syrup, in a large sauce pan, and cook over medium heat until mixture is boiling
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cups peanut butter
- 6 cups Special K cereal
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cups butterscotch chips
Green Mint Bark

Line a baking sheet with foil; set aside
- Prep: 20 min. + chilling
- 1 pkg. (10 to 12 oz.) white baking chips
- 12 oz. green candy coating disks
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 to 3 candy canes, crushed
Triple Chocolate Fudge

1.Line two 13x9 pans with foil and grease the foil with 4 tsp butter
- 4 tsp plus 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 4-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can(12oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 16 oz German sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups (12oz) semisweet chips
- 1 pkg(11-1/2oz) milk chocolate chips
- 2 jars(7oz ea)marshmallow creme
- 4 cups toasted, chopped pecans or
- walnuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon Rolls

Mix all ingredients, except flour, until bubbles form
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup warm water

Overnight Salad

In a 9×9 baking dish,place salad ingredients in order, so that they are in layers
- Dressing:
- Head of lettuce
- 1 C chopped celery
- 1 chopped pepper
- 1/2 C chopped green onions
- Frozen peas
- Grated cheddar cheese, reserved
- 2 C mayo
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
French Onion Soup

1. In a large skillet, cook onions and garlic in hot butter, over medium-low heat about 20 minutes or until tender
- 4-6 onions, thinly sliced

1.Lightly coat a 12-by-17-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray
- 4 cups (2 pints) heavy cream
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup unsulfured molasses
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Vegetable-oil cooking spray
Dinner in a Pumpkin
