Creamy Lemon Pie
Can use low-fat or fat-free options. Just as good!
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- zst and juice of 2 large lemons
- 2 C Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust pie crust
In a nonreactive bowl, combine condensed mild, lemon zest and juice. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread the mixture in the pie crust and smooth the top. Top with remaining cool whip. Chill until pie is set. At least 45 minutes.
