Beef Roast With Tomatoe, Onions, & Peppers Day One

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In oven proof Dutch oven melt butter until sizzling; stir in garlic
- 2 tablespoons margarine, or butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 1/2 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 2 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes, ( 15-16 oz. each)
- 16 ounces salsa
- 2 medium onions, cut in eighths
- 2 medium bell peppers any color, cut in 1/2" pieces

- 1 ounce whole wheat bread, ( 1 slice)
- 1 ounce processed American cheese, (1 slice)

- 1 pkg. (13 oz.) angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 6-1/2 cups)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 40 oz. boneless and skinless chicken breasts, about 8 chicken breat halves 5 oz each (can also use boneless chicken thighs)
- 25 cracker Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large egg whites, beaten
- 1 tsp butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 8 ounces fat free sour cream, Fat free sour cream is ok in this recipe.
ANNE'S CHICKEN (CROCKPOT)

Wash chicken and pat dry. Brush with butter
- 1 frying chicken, cut up

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sauterne or sherry
