Triple Berry Soup with Almond Cream

Chill beaters and a small mixing bowl in the freezer
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Hy-Vee powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Hy-Vee almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. strawberries, hulled and washed, divided
- 1 1/2 c. blackberries, washed, divided
- 1 1/2 c. raspberries, washed, divided
- 1/3 c. Hy-Vee white grape juice

Oven-fried Chicken Drumsticks

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine yogurt, mustard and garlic
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 chicken drumsticks (4 ounces each), skin removed
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
Baked Blueberry Pancake

In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, oil and cinnamon just until blended (batter will be lumpy)

Heat oven to 375°. Lightly grease baking sheet with Butter Flavor Crisco
- /4 cup butter flavor shortening
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins

Directions: Glue disks together to make a 5" high stack
- Here is what you will need to make it:
- •4 (9" x 1 1/4") styrofoam disks
- •nontoxic adhesive, such as Beacon Fabri-Tac
- •DecoArt acrylic paint in bright yellow
- •11 (5" - 6") candy bars
- •22 small bags of candies
- •small wrapped candies (they used 20 Reese's Peanut Butter cups, 10 foil wrapped chocolate stars and 10 strawberry hard candies)
- •Large flat candy for center (they used a York Peppermint Patty)
- •1 yard each 1 1/2" yellow ribbon and 2 1/2" red ribbon
- •"Birthday" letter stickers
- •Scraps of stiff paper in assorted colors
- •7 crystals to match papers
- •"Happy" stickers or small stickers spelling "happy"
- •Birthday candles
Cilantro Tomato Brushetta

Place bread on an ungreased baking sheet; brush with 1/4 cup oil
- 1 pound French bread
- 1/2 cup olive oil divided
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 small tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Sesame Chicken Noodle Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat angel hair pasta
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1-1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat Asian toasted sesame salad dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
