Slow cooker chicken with mushroom wine sauce

This is a creamy, tender and very tasty chicken dish
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- season with Mrs. Dash or Italian Seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

- 4 bone-in Pork Chops, raw, fat trimmed (approximately 7 ounces each, uncooked)
- 2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon Oil (such as Canola, Olive Oil or Grapeseed)
- 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can Tomatoes with Green Chiles
- 1 (15 ounce) can Black Eyed Peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup uncooked Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth (or reduced-sodium chicken broth if desired)
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce (gluten-free if necessary)
Cake with Pie Filling

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using oil or butter and eggs, and reducing the water to 1/2 cup

Loaded Potato Soup

Method 1. Add bacon to a large soup pot and cook until it has rendered it’s fat
- Ingredients
- 1/3 lb bacon, chopped
- 6 medium Idaho potatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, or 1/2 stick
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- potato flakes (if needed for added thickening)
- Toppings
- grated cheddar cheese
- freshly chopped parsley
- sliced spring onions
Tangy Sort-Of Jerk Chicken

1. Arrange the chicken on a large baking sheet and season generously with salt
- 12 chicken thighs (about 7 ounces each)
- Kosher salt
- 1 small onion
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1 habanero, stemmed
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 T minced peeled fresh giner
- 2 t ground allspice
- 1 T thyme leaves
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 T cayenne pepper
- 1/2 T freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 t freshly grated nutmeg
- 3/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c fresh orange juice
- 1/3 c fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T Coke
- 1/4 t liquid smoke (optional)
- 1/4 c canola oil, plus more for brushing
Pickled Hot Peppers

Bring brine to a boil, add the peppers and heat until peppers are hot and brine begins to boil again
- 2 qts water
- 1/2 c canning salt
- 1 qt cider vinegar
- 3 1/2 lbs hot peppers (sliced)
Crispy Cheddar Chicken

- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
Squash Casserole

Prepare cornbread and crumble
- 1 7oz cornbread
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 lbs yellow squash, sliced
- 1 one chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

n a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients; stir in caraway seeds, if desired
- 1 jar (32 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 10 ounces sliced deli corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
