Tuxedo Brownie Torte

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10 inch springform pan
- Brownie
- 1 (19 1/2 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- Filling
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup , thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries , without syrup, thawed, drained on paper towel, serving 3 for garnish
- Topping
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , softened
- 1 ⁄3; cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons white Creme de Cacao , if desired
- 1 cup white vanilla chip , melted
- 1 cup whipping cream , whipped
- Garnish
- 1 tablespoon grated semisweet chocolate
- 3 whole fresh raspberries , if desired or
- 3 whole frozen raspberries , if desired
- 3 mint leaves , if desired

- 1/4 cup minced fresh rosemary
- 14 lb turkey
- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 onion quartered

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Spinach leaves
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and sliced

Chicken Marsala

- 6 boneless chicken breast halves
- Italian dressing mix (.06 oz)
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 T chopped parsley (1 T flakes)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 8 oz crescent rolls
- 4 oz crescent rolls
- 1 T butter
- sesame seeds
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Cornbread Salad

Prepare and cook cornbread mix according to directions
- 1 pkg. cornbread/muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 15 ox. cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups frozen corn, thawed
Baked Apple French Toast

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Slice bread into 1 1/2 inch slices
- 1 large loaf french bread
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1 T vanilla
- 5 apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T butter
Savory Beef in Red Wine

Cook bacon until transparent; remove from pan and set aside
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3-4 lbs stew meat
- 2 1/2 cups dry red wine
- 3 tsp beef bouillon
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 T tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 T oil
- 4 T butter
- 20-24 small onions
- 1 lb mushrooms
Chicken Tortilla Soup

In dutch oven over medium heat, cook chicken in olive oil until done
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 14.5 oz can dices tomatoes w/sweet onions
- 1 15.25 oz can corn, drained
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 2 cups mexican style shredded cheese, divided
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 T chopped fresh chiles
- yellow corn tortilla chips
- Garnish: dollop of sour cream, salsa, diced onion, additional cilantro or chives

- Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tblsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Thick & Rich Macaroni and Cheese

- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
