- 9 ounces lump crab meat, picked free of shells
- 1/2 cup (about 13) reduced fat Ritz crackers, crushed

- 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or parsley)
- 1/2 lime, juiced

- 1 tbsp roasted peppers (jarred)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce

- Muffins
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup 100% Bran (Nabisco)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups All Bran cereal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup walnuts, ground
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- Smear
- 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp shortening
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 Tbsp water

Bread: Dissolve yeast in warm water
- BREAD
- 2 pkgs. dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 to 115)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt

- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- FILLING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 lb. ground English walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

- 1 large strawberry jell-o
- 2-10 oz. frozen strawberries-thawed

1. Line a plate with a triple layer of paper towels; top with tofu
- 1 * 1 (14-ounce) package water-packed extra-firm tofu, drained
- 1 * 1 (1-pound) package fresh Chinese lo mein egg noodles
- 2 * 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 4 * 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 * 4 heads baby bok choy, trimmed and cut crosswise into 2-inch-thick strips
- 1 * 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 * 3 tablespoons chile paste with garlic (such as sambal oelek)
- 2 * 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
