Blueberry Cheese Cake (Yaeli)

- Filling:
- 200 g butter
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 T lemon rind
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 sweet cream, whipped
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 kilo 9% cheese
- 1/2 pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 container blueberry filling (under cheese)
Peanut Butter Cookies

- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 c light brown sugar
- 1 c vegetable shortening
- 1 c peanut butter
- 2 eggs
Fruit Tartlets

Thaw pastry shells at room temp 30 min
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells
- 6 T sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 3 pears or apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 6 T caramel sauce (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream
