- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry filling and topping
Curried Apple Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and dredge in flour
- 4 - 5 oz fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbs flour
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbs water
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup raisins
