Pickled Mushrooms

Combine all ingredients. Boil 3 minutes
- 1 1/4 lbs Fresh mushrooms, rinsed
- 1 medium Bermuda or Spanish onion, sliced into rings
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 0.13 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dash freshly ground pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch parsley flakes
- 1 pinch sweet basil
Caramel-Cherry Sticky Buns

Melt caramels and milk in a small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth
- 12 bite-size caramel candies
- 3 Tbs milk
- 1/2 cup (about 14) well-drained maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (12-ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits per package)
Butterscotch Ice Cream Pie

Combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans and butter in small bowl
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped, toasted pecans
- 1/3 cup butter, melted (we recommend LAND O LAKES® Butter)

- 2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 2 large eggs
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels

Baked Banana Bread French Toast

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups unbleached white flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg substitutes
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp butter
Pineapple 'n' Ham Sandwich Roll-Ups

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, nuts and spice
- 6 corn tortillas (about 6 inches)
- 1 container (8 ounces) cream cheese with pineapple, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
- 1 package (6 ounces) thinly sliced ham (about 18 slices)
- 6-12 lettuce leaves
Baked Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 lbs lean pork spareribs
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Dry mustard, to taste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 Tbs vinegar
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup water
Pita Pastrami Roll-Ups

On each pita half spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese; top with 1 slice pastrami
- 4 mini whole wheat pitas split lengthwise
- 8 Tbs light cream cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) turkey pastrami
- 8 dill pickle spears
Chicken Tortilla Soup

Place chicken broth in large pan and place on medium heat Sauté chicken breasts in oil until lightly brown
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large jalapeño pepper chopped
- 2 Tbs finely chopped garlic
- 1 onion coarsely chopped
- 1 large tomato large cubed
- Cilantro
- Shredded Monterey jack cheese or queso blanco
- 1 avocado cubed
- 3 corn tortillas sliced in 1/8 slices
- Lime wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Barbecue Pulled Pork

- 1 lb boneless pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
