Gingered Blueberry-Melon Toss

In a large bowl combine honey, lime juice, lime peel and ginger until well blended
- 1/2 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup diced cantaloupe
Rich Turkey Stock

In a 5 qt. saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients
- 2 lbs boney turkey pieces (back, neck, and wings)
- 6 cups water
- 3 stalk celery with leaves coarsely chopped
- 2 medium carrots coarsely chopped
- 1 large onion cut in chunks
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cloves garlic (adjust amount used to taste use up to 10) peeled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper

- 1 garlic clove, crushed
