Potato Flaked Prawns on a Bed of Asparagus

- 12 jumbo prawns
- 1/2 thyme, bunch
- 1 1/2 cup potatoes, dried flakes, mashed

- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 5 large egg whites, beaten
- 20 asparagus spears, large

- 2 tsp garlic clove, minced

- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 can pineapple tidbits in juice (20 oz), drained, and juice reserved
- 1 can sliced peaches in juice (15 oz), drained, and juice reserved
- 1 tsp sugar-free Tang drink mix
- 1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix (0.9 oz)
Sicilian Stuffed Shells

Cook the shells according to package directions
- 8 oz jumbo shells
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup yellow raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Fresh Apple Coffee Cake

Combine first 9 ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine, softened or melted
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 28 oz Can whole tomatoes w/juice; cut up
- 2 Cans Chili without beans; 15oz ea
- 15 1/2 oz Can Pinto or Dark or Light Red Kidney beans w/juice
- 15 oz Spicy Chili beans w/juice
- 1 can Condensed French onion soup
Frosty Citrus Refresher
