Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients by hand til well blended
- Sauce:
- 2-1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 c whole milk
- 1 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/8 tsps salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2-1/2 c quick oatmeal
- 2 c ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 c water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Diced Tomato Topping:
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c sugar

- 1 prepared round angel food cake (10 oz.), cut horizontally into 3 layers

- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
- 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and/or veal)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
