  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cumin-Crusted Salmon:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
