Broccoli Cheese Casserole/ Sharon K's

Saute onion in butter and add other ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Minute Rice (uncooked)
- 1 -10 oz pkg. Frozen Broccoli
- 1 - 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
Brownies/ Lavon's

Follow directions above
- Frosting:
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 16 oz. Can Hershey's Choc. Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Nuts
- Grease cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 3 T. Butter
- 3 T. Milk
- Cook for 30 seconds after melted and stir in 1/4 Cup Choc. Chips. Beat until smooth and frost.
MACARONI SALAD/Eloise

Add pasta. Mix all together
- Dressing:
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Mayonnaise [Not Salad Dressing]
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1 Medium sized onion, grated
- 4 Large carrots, shredded
- 1 Small can black olives
- 1 Small jar pimentos
- 3 --8oz. boxes Rotini spiral macaroni--Cook as directed.
- Add to dressing:
- 1 cup vinegar Note: Reserve some dressing and add to pasta the next day before serving.
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- dash of paprika
- dash of Chili Powder
- 1/2 Cup crushed Potato Chips

- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bacon pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 can (28 Ounce) Whole Tomatoes With Juice
- 2 cans (10 Ounce) Mild Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 small Jalapeno, Quartered And Sliced Thin/few seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until browned over medium heat
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, with liquid
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Chicken Noodles

Salt & pepper chicken breasts and place in the bottom of crock pot (or Instant Pot)
- 1 24 ounce package – frozen egg noodles
- 2 – 14.7 oz cans – cream of chicken soup – sometimes i use 1 can chicken and 1 can cream of celery
- 1 stick (1/2) cup butter – cut into pieces
- 1 – 32 oz chicken broth – may want extra to thin out, if too thick. the frozen noodles thicken the broth
- Chopped Celery
- Chicken buillon to taste – optional – i add about a teaspoon of buillion chicken flavored paste – for a richer chicken flavor
- 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 large
- salt & pepper to taste – can add some parsley too if desire
