Homemade Noodles/ Vi's

Follow directions above
- Combine:
- 1 Egg
- 2 T. Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Flour (to make a stiff dough)
- Roll very thin on a floured surface.
- Let stand 20 mins.
- Slice 1/4 inch wide.
- Dry.
- Make's 3 Cups cooked noodles.

- Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Angel Food Cake/Lin Rasmussen

Be sure rack is lowest setting
- Sift CAKE Flour and measure 1 1/4 cups. Add to sifter with 1/2 cup sugar and sift four times. Return to sifter and set aside
- In a large glass bowl, separate 16 eggs. You can throw the yolks or make noodles with them!
- Add to egg whites: 1 1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract. Beat until whites form soft peaks. Add 1 1/3 cups sugar a third cup at a time and beat well each addition.
- Sift flour mixture over egg whites in four additions. Mix on LOW when adding flour. When complete put batter in an Angel Food Cake Pan. Take your flat spatula and make a circular motion around the pan from inside out to rid air bubbles.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven on lowest rack

Add all ingredients except blueberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 T. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 4 T. (1/2 stick butter melted and cooled)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 3/4 Cup plus 2 T. Milk
- 1 Cup Blueberries
Cheesy Crock pot Chicken/ Peg Warschkow

Put chicken breasts in the crock
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
- some salt, pepper and garlic

- Clean like carrots. Slice lenghtwise.
- Saute in butter (low heat)
- Cover- They get too brown otherwise.
- Turn occasionally.
- Cook about 20 mins. or until done.

Biscuit Beef Casserole/ Ma's & Vicky's

Brown hamburger with onion and drain
- 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
- 3 T. Minced Onion
- 3/4 of a 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 3 tsp Chili Powder
- a little less then 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 egg
- 2 rolls of Pillsbury (10 count) biscuits
- 3/4 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup

Mix the first 4 ingredients top w/ nuts and cherries
- 3 1/2 oz box instant pistachio pudding
- 1 tall can crushed pineapple and some juice
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- chopped nuts
- maraschino cherries
Pulled Pork Sandwichs/ Jen

Rinse the pork roast off with water and pat dry with a paper towel
