Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Mayonnaise [Not Salad Dressing]
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1 Medium sized onion, grated
- 4 Large carrots, shredded
- 1 Small can black olives
- 1 Small jar pimentos
- 3 --8oz. boxes Rotini spiral macaroni--Cook as directed.
- Add to dressing:
- 1 cup vinegar Note: Reserve some dressing and add to pasta the next day before serving.
- 1 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Add pasta. Mix all together.
Make the day before using it. Keeps for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen.
Variations:
Coleslaw---Add small can of chunk pineapple and omit pasta substituting Shredded Cabbage.
Potato Salad---Just omit pasta and substitute cooked diced potatoes.
