Stuffed Jalepenos

When cream cheese is softened, whip the cream cheese
- 1 can (26 ounce) whole jalapenos, sliced in half by length and seeds removed
- 1 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated chives
- 1 tablespoon minced pimiento peppers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Smashed Sweet Potatoes with Honey

Boil the potatoes until tender; drain and return them to the hot pot
- 2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
*Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Preheat oven to 400* Combine bisquick with cold butter in med bowl using a pastry cutter or large fork
- 2 1/2 c bisquick
- 4 T butter
- 1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c whole milk
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- BRUSH ON TOP
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t dried parsley flakes
- pinch salt

Reconstitute sun dried tomatoes in hot water
- 1/4 Lb. Sun dried Tomatoes
- 1 lb. Green Onions, cut in 1/4 inch slices
- 3/4 lb. Mushrooms, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 gal. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 gal. Sour Cream
- 3/4 lb. Asiago Cheese, shredded
Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad

In a small bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese and Ranch-style dressing; set aside
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
- 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon salad seasoning mix (such as McCormick® Salad Supreme Seasoning)
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
Baked Potato Skins

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-in
- 4 large baking potatoes, baked
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

In lg bowl, combine first 8 ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c parm. cheese
- 2 T chicken broth
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 T oil
- SAUCE
- 3 c sliced onions
- 2 T oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c beef broth
- 1 c chicken broth
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t worcestshire sauce
- SANDWICHES
- 8 sub buns
- 1 1/2 c shredded mont jack cheese
Pork Loin with Lemon, Garlic and Thyme
