COOKIES - Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate or milk chocolate chips (i actually used half cup of BOTH)
SAUCE - White Asparagus with Sauce Gribiche

Place the egg in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
- 16 thick white asparagus (from Europe)
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 3 or 4 cornichons, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup mixed fresh herbs (parsley, chervil, chives, tarragon), chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
ICE CREAM - Homemade Berry Popsicles

Combine ingredients in blender until berries are processed into fine pieces
- Mixed berry popsicles:
- 5 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or whatever you prefer)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste or sweetness of berries)
- Juice of one lemon
- Blackberry lime popsicles:
- 5 cups blackberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste or sweetness of berries)
- Juice of one lime
PORK - Pork Chop Marinaded BBQ Sauce

was ok, a little salty, should reduce the soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Chili Sauce (used Tomato Sauce)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (used Olive Oil)
- 2 tbsp Green Onion (didnt used)
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder (used 3 dashes of L&P sauce)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 1/2 cups white chips
CHICKEN - Chicken in Milk and Cream

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken legs, and gently rub it
- 2 kg chicken whole legs (6 pieces)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- Lots of black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 12 cloves garlic (1.5 bulb)
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 3 sprigs of sage (must have)
- 2 inch cinnamon stick
- Cooking oil for pan frying

- 16 oz. bittersweet (or semisweet) chocolate, chopped
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 16 oz. white chocolate, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- 250 g traditional cream cheese
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp gherkins, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp tomato relish (I use Cerebos brand)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 cup toasted sliced almonds/poppy seeds/toasted sesame seeds/chopped parsley
- Crackers, grapes and wine to serve

- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 pound (two 8-ounce packages) cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened and cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
