- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. mild Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 small yellow onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Jalapeno, bacon, and cream cheese wrapped up in a buttery crescent roll

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 6-8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced finely
- 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
