Cheesy Bacon Sticks

Preheat oven to 350 In a medium bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 6 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
- 6 bacon slices, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Lemon limoncello Cupcakes

1. Prepare the cupcakes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and position a rack in the center
- For the cupcakes:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces (½ stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons limoncello
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- For the lemon curd:
- Zest of 2 lemons
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- For the cream cheese limoncello frosting:
- 2 ounces (½ stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon limoncello
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1/4 teaspoon each gel or liquid food colors (neon pink, neon purple, neon orange, neon green, classic blue)

To make the filling, combine the berries and the lemon juice in a medium saucepan

- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 * 2 cups milk
- 2 * 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup sugar
