Rosemary White Whole Wheat Batter Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Rosemary White Whole Wheat Batter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour or King Arthur Stone-Ground Whole Wheat Flour
- Cheddar Cheese Batter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Brulee

Combine the water and salt in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil
- 3 cups water
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- ¾ tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Swirl of honey
- 1 banana, sliced thin
- 6-8 strawberries, sliced thin
- Granulated sugar
Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate (I like Ghiradelli)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 TBSP raspberry sauce
- 1 bag dark chocolate candy melts
- sanding sugar (optional)
Margarita Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- LIME BUTTERCREAM ICING:
- 9 ounces liquid Margarita mix (a little over a cup)
- 3 ounces tequila (a little less than 1/3 cup)
- ¾ ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs lime zest
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (1 cup), at room temperature
- 5 to 6 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- green food coloring, if desired
- small lime slices for garnish, if desired

- 2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 14 oz bag of caramels unwrapped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1 * 1 cup sugar
- 2 * 2 eggs
- 2 * 2 tbsp softened butter

Mini Cheeseburger Puff Pies

- 8 ounces ground beef
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- All-purpose flour for dusting
- 1 sheet puff pastry (from a 17.5-ounce package)
