- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped dried apples
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt-covered raisins

Bread Pudding: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Bread Pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooked mashed sweet potato [can substitute cooked butternut or acorn squash or pumpkin]
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4-1/2 to 5 cups soft bread cubes, such as brioche (about 9 slices)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored, cut into 1/2' dice
- Cinnamon Caramel Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Garnish
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream [optional]

- 3 cans (14 oz each) coconut milk
- 4 cups sweet rice (otherwise known as sticky rice or glutinous rice)
