Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a bowl
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter chips
- 8 White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (Five of them will each be cut into 6 pieces and folded into the batter. The other three will each be cut into 4 pieces and pressed on top of the blondies)
