1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, crackers and pretzels; set aside
- 4 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 4 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
- 2 cups Parmesan-flavored crackers
- 2 cups pretzel twists
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons celery seed

- 14.4 oz can fat free chicken broth
- 3 scallions, chopped

Batter: In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed
- French Toast Batter:
- 3 * 3 eggs
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup milk, preferably whole
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)

- Caramel Sauce:
- 1 * 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 * 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1 * 1 tablespoon creme de banana liqueur, optional
- 3 * 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 6 * 6 thick bread slices, preferably French toast bread (brioche) or Texas toast
