- Twelve cookies doesn’t sound like much, but these cookies are huge. You’ll get neater cookies if you spread on the vanilla glaze first. This recipe provides a little extra glaze, just in case.

- Your choice of seasoning*
- 4 Tb. olive oil
- 2 Tb potato starch
- 1/4 garlic clove, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 1/4 cups water
- 2 tsp. salt
- I use a rub that’s a quick-toss of 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 Tb brown sugar and 1 tsp Adolf’s tenderizer.
