Creamy Taco Unstuffed Shells

Heat oven to 375ºF. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt
- 3 cups small pasta shells , uncooked
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 1 yellow pepper , chopped
- 1 zucchini , chopped
- 1 pouch taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes , undrained
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup Kraft Creamy Mexicana Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia , divided
Pasta Caesar Salad

Combine pasta chopped tomatoes with dressing
- 3 cups cold, cooked tortellini (or other bite sized pasta)
- Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Classics Golden Caesar Dressing or Kraft Classics Creamy Caesar Dressing
- Black olives
- Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
Couscous Salad

1 cup couscous to 1/2 cup water Let the water boil, take off heat, put in couscous and cover
- 3 plum tomatoes (seeds removed)
- 1/2 english cucumber
- 1/2 block feta cheese
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (real lemons)
- 2 tsp mint (dry)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt & pepper
- black olives
- 1 1/2 cup cooked couscous

- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped

English Muffins

In bowl, sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup of the milk; let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) active dry yeast
- 2 cups (500 mL) warm milk
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 3-1/4 cups (800 mL) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt
- 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) cornmeal, (approx)

- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 2 cups strawberries sliced

- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh mint (slivered)
French Onion Soup

- 4-5 medium size onions
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 cans condensed beef broth
- 2 soup cans of water
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 slice french bread 1 1/2 inches thick, cut from center of loaf
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 slices swiss cheese
Beer Can-Barbecue Chicken

Step 1 Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit

- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

- 1 whole chicken (4 lb./1.8 kg)

- 1 slim stick
- 1 lb can red kidney beans
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp oregano
Spinach Salad

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/4 vegetable oil
