- 6 cups Crispix cereal
- 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C margarine

- 1 10 oz package frozen raspberries with sugar, thawed

- 1 T five spice powder
- 1 T grated fresh ginger
- 2 T sake
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 T tamari
- 1/4 C sesame oil
- 2 lbs Ahi Tuna 1" thick
- 1 lb wasabi peas crushed
- 2 T light brown sugar
Sour Cream Walnut Coffee Cake

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat thoroughly
- Filling:
- 1 C Butter
- 1 C sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Roast Beef with Rosemary Mayonnaise

- 4 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 4 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 2 C mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed

Preheat oven to 400. Cut top 1/2 inch off garlic head, exposing cloves
- 1 head garlic
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 C minced shallots
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 1 C whipping cream
- Pinch of saffron powder
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 3/4 lb bay scallops
thai-Curry Seafood Stew

Place curry paste in large pot
- 1 T Thai Red curry paste
- 2 1/2 C canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 C water
- 1 1/2 C purchased broccoli slaw
- 1/2 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined.
- 1/2 lb sea scallops
- 1 lb mussels, scrubbed
- 1/2 C chopped fresh basil
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 T fish sauce
- 2 C hot cooked jasmine rice

- 1/4 C butter
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp grated lime peel
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 10 large uncooked shrimp in shells
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley

- 4 4oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped fine
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 T fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 T fresh basil, chopped
- 2 T fresh chives, chopped
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1/2 C fresh bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 T dijon mustard
